    Our business operations team performs various departmental and clerical tasks. They assist with daily office needs and keep FIG running smoothly.

    Every operations specialist strives to submit in-good-order paperwork and remedy situations quickly so cases are issued promptly.

      • Frequently touches base with carriers and other entities regarding case status to ensure the case is moving forward

      • Identifies not-in-good order business before it reaches the carrier

  • Our sales department works as a team-based service model known as private client groups. Each group is led by one of our tenured senior vice presidents (SVPs) and includes vice presidents (VPs) for annuity and life insurance, sales associates (SAs), and sales recruiters.
     

    Private client groups are committed to providing financial professionals with effective case construction, stimulating sales ideas, and up-to-date market analysis with outstanding service and unparalleled support.

      • SVPs recruit vetted financial professionals to FIG and facilitate maximum overall growth for each agent

      • VPs for annuity and life insurance manage the overall sales growth for their hub through persuasive education and product consultation

      • SAs actively coordinate the flow of the hub, fill in absences, and work as liaisons across new business, contracting, and operations

      • Sales recruiters are the first line of contact with prospects to discuss business alignment with FIG sales teams

    The Enterprise Marketing Team (EMT) is a B2B team of marketers responsible for corporate branding and messaging, lead generation, and sales enablement.

  • Our team of onboarding specialists is dedicated to working with financial professionals to submit in-good-order contracts to insurance carriers and then follow up to ensure agents are accurately appointed.

    The commissions team is responsible for tracking financial professional and company production and verifying statements and debit balances.
